TAVANIA GULLA | PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR

Tavania has a true love for patients and creates a supportive environment for staff. From the patient’s consultation through the surgical process, she strives to provide an exceptional patient experience. She has experience in both plastic surgery and working in a medical spa and her passion for patients and staff allows her to create a unique and warm experience in our office.

Outside of work, Tavania has 2 children and loves spending time together, taking adventurous trips, enjoying the outdoors, and dinners with friends.

Jennie Young | Lead Medical Assistant

Jennie brings the fun to our practice! Her laughter, warmth and positivity brightens our patients’ experience, especially during the healing process. Working in the medical field for over 30 years, Jennie’s true passion is taking care of patients. From assisting Dr. Joseph in surgery to caring for patients pre and post procedure, Jennie does whatever it takes to make sure everyone is taken care of. Her love of her job shines through each day.

Outside of work, Jennie is married with 6 beautiful grandchildren. She loves to travel, dance and have fun at concerts and spend time with her life long friends.

NATALIE FERRERA | SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Natalie manages all of our social media content & works on the creation of graphic materials for the use of the practice website and social media. She loves being able to showcase the amazing transformations of our patients and we love her creative visions.

Outside of work, Natalie loves to read, paddleboard, and spend time with her friends and family.

ASHLEY GARZA | LEAD FRONT OFFICE

Ashley will be the first to welcome you with a smile as you arrive at our office. She’ll assist you with appointment making, and will continue to follow through with you to ensure your experience with us is exceptional. She has extensive experience working at a surgical center, scheduling, and overall patient care. She absolutely loves being able to meet and connect with everyone, and will always help whenever she can.

Outside of work, Ashley is a wife and a mother of two beautiful children; a boy and a girl. She enjoys reading and movies and loves spending time with her family going on fun little adventures

Edelly Ruiz | FRONT OFFICE AND BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT

Edelly is a dedicated front desk receptionist with a strong background in patient interactions in a medical setting. Known for her exceptional communication skills and warm demeanor, she excels at creating a welcoming environment for patients.

Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding and spending quality time outdoors with her two dogs, Koa and Chewbacca, finding joy in both adventure and travel.

Cristin Westbrook | Practice Administrator

Cristin’s priority focus at our practice is to create a warm and supporting environment for our patients and team. Bringing over 14 years of experience in the cosmetic surgery industry, Cristin oversees all operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly. She also utilizes her creative skills with media and marketing projects for the practice. With her warmth and compassion, she forms a special connection with the patients from their first call to the office, during consultations and through their surgical process. Cristin truly loves being part of the patient’s aesthetic journey and seeing their transformation.

Outside of work, Cristin volunteers with local hospice organizations as an End Of Life Doula. She is married with college aged boy/girl twins and loves to spend time in nature, reading and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
